About Mansoor

The introductory 30-minutes is free of charge. Come prepared. This is also a chance for me to get to know you, your requirements, and your challenges. Should you like what you learn, get some help during the process, and think I can benefit you in some way towards your academic goals, you are free to come back. If you do not feel we can accomplish much more, then I completely understand and I hope you find a suitable tutor or teacher. My job is to guide you, help you succeed, hopefully get better grades, and walk the path to graduation successfully. You are already taking the right steps seeking assistance. One thing I would like to mention. Tutoring is great and helpful when you have hit a roadblock. However, you don't want to overdo it. Try to think on your feet and think outside the box, challenge yourself, and come up with a solution on your own when you come across issues. You don't want a helpful hand everywhere you go, you want it to supplement what you can also do by yourself with your unique abilities. This will prove helpful in your careers. You should not always seek the answers to everything from someone, but you should also learn to acquire knowledge and solutions on your own.

About the lesson

Please do not come to me the night before your assignment, project, or paper is due.

Come prepared. For writing assignments, please bring a draft and the prompt. If I can resolve your issue in 30 minutes, there is no charge.

My typical approach is to assess the requirements, and develop a plan for an A.

I can tutor Beginning Accounting I, Managerial Accounting I, all Business General Education, Taxation Courses (business/individual), and can help you with draft reviews of all papers or projects for these classes along with any general education writing projects.

I am able to assist community college students, 4-year university students, and anywhere in between. I cannot assist with master's theses or master's program classes (if you are a grad student, please consult a campus-assigned tutor for your department).

Some of my qualifications include having a Bachelor's in Accounting from Cal Poly Pomona, along with a Master's of Science in Accountancy from Cal State Fullerton. I have worked the past 9 years in fields such as procurement, accounting, finance, and then moved on to financial services from 2018 to 2022, where I worked in Servicing and Business Intelligence/Reporting with increasingly more complex duties.

I have been where you are, and completed my endeavors and goals just like you want to. I want you to get there too and find your purpose in life. Whatever it may be.
