About Xarlasht
My name is Xara! I am a marketing student in my final year pursuing a minor in French. I have been tutoring for 3 years with students a young as the 5/6 age category, up to mature students and adults who would like to learn French as a hobby. I am extremely academically inclined and have a passion for teaching. Working with people to help them excel at a discipline is something that I am also extremely passionate about. For young students, I like to encourage a learning environment that immerses them in the French language. From speaking with students in French to providing them with assignments based on book/movie/music material, to assignment types such as written papers (for older students) and paragraph exercises (for younger students). I aspire for each of my students to acquire a strong base in the language. Furthermore, if the tutoring is for school, having followed a rigorous schooling program myself, tutoring based on their curriculum, helping them with assignments and overall trying to give them a boost and an opportunity to have a foot ahead of their class is vital to me.
