About Michael
I’m a Qigong teacher, BJJ Brown belt, 3 x published author, Video editor and Meme sharer.
I have a Psych Degree and a Masters in Psychotherapy, working for a Neurodivergent-coaching company and do counselling in my own private practise, as well as Personal Training and support work (it’s rewarding!)
I teach 3-5 Jiujitsu/MMA classes a week and work out with my partner 3-5 times as well as learning BJJ/MMA.
I’m doing a PhD in Religion/Esotericism as it pertains to Neurodivergent minds.
