My teaching method is simply interpersonal (even though I teach in groups, I still maintain interpersonal relationship with every member of the class I take).
Reason been that it helps me connect to each member and retrieve the database of their knowledge and ideology, which will in turn guide me on which direction to focus.
I believe everyone knows and can know what they feel is worth knowing so its just a matter of placing value on what I intend to have them commit to memory.

How do I start?
He has a way of interacting with students such that we open up our intellectual inadequacies to him. And yeah, he makes everyone believes no one is dumb not to know, it's just about the value placed on what is needed to be known.
