About Brittany

Every lesson opens with structured diagnostic testing, tracking grammar accuracy, vocabulary range, and fluency against explicit standards logged carefully in a long term spreadsheet for each student individually. I correct immediately and without softening the message when a structure is wrong, since delayed correction lets flawed habits become permanent limitations difficult to undo later in a student's learning. Vocabulary is assigned strategically to target a student's weakest measurable area, never simply chosen for enjoyment or convenience alone. Mock oral and written assessments under strict conditions occur frequently, since comfortable practice rarely predicts confident results under genuine formal pressure faced later.
