About Talia
My teaching approach brings French to life through cinema, media, and cultural exploration. I’m a French tutor with over 9 years of experience and a PhD in Quebecois Literature and Culture. I specialize in teaching children aged 8 to 14 through dramatic play, improvisation, and script reading all in French. My goal is to make language learning playful, memorable, and full of joy.
In my lessons, students step into characters, explore stories, and act out scenes while naturally learning vocabulary, pronunciation, and simple grammar. I focus on foundational language skills in ways that feel fun and engaging. Whether we’re performing a café scene or a fairy tale, every activity encourages imagination and creativity.
