About Adam
I want to teach because I believe that strong writing and critical thinking skills are essential for academic success. My journey through higher education, combined with my experience volunteering as a tutor for GCSE students, has shown me the impact effective support can have on student performance.
I aim to help students understand literature and history while developing their essay writing abilities. My goal is to equip them with the tools they need to excel in their exams and coursework. Techniques and Teaching Methodology
I adopt a student-centered approach, emphasizing essay writing skills. I guide students through brainstorming, structuring arguments, and refining drafts, using interactive discussions and critical analysis to enhance their clarity and coherence.

Lessons typically last around 60 minutes, but I can adjust the duration based on student needs. Longer sessions are available for in-depth workshops or exam preparation.
Qualifications/Experience
I hold a Master’s degree in International Relations, an undergraduate degree in History and International Relations, and an A-Level in English Literature. I have tutored GCSE students through a volunteering program at school, helping them strengthen their writing skills and academic performance.
