As a behavioral Nutritionist, my method is simple. Helping you become a better version of yourself. I take my students through a self discovery process in a bid to help them understand their diet practices, analyze their lifestyle to see why they make those choice and we collaboratively find a solution that best fits the individual. My classes are fun, easy to relate with and full of details at the same time. Finally, i go at your pace.
