About Fernando

My story:
I have been involved with photography and in a relationship with my camera for more than ten years. I started doing portraits of my friends and family until I began to understand that this was my thing. Here I began to get excited about photography! I did some courses in the area where I began to put "words" to my images, to understand what I was doing. I threw myself into the void. Avid for knowledge, I went to Madrid where I studied the Master of Contemporary Photography and Personal Project Management and learned a good part of what I know today, both at the level of photographic background (although it never stops growing), techniques and problem solving at an artistic and formal level. With the TFM project that I delivered, I obtained the CH schoolarship from the artistic residency in Mojácar (Almería).
I continued my training with the Creativity and Strategies of Contemporary Photography course taught by Javier Vallhonrat. There I strengthened my knowledge of how creativity works, as well as countless tools to promote it and understand what sustains it.
Currently I am teaching classes in the town of Camas the course Atendiendo a la Mirada where the students and I are understanding the photographic language as well as what unites each of us to Photography.
