About Lucas
I am a recent master's graduate from the University of Delaware with extensive experience tutoring as a TA and through the university's academic enrichment services. I have a full master's degree in mechanical engineering, taking courses like calculus, statics, dynamics, physics, solid mechanics, robotics, and so on and am apt to aid my students in whatever they will need.

For a given lesson, I like to start by ensuring the student understands the topic at hand. This would be a very detailed explanation, breaking down the topic and why it is significant. From there, we would move on to doing example problems with increasing difficulty. Commonly, many teachers will just quickly explain a topic without making sure everyone understands or explaining its larger significance.
