Yair is my lute tutor, and has been for several years. I am aware he teaches classical guitar also. I cannot recommend Yair highly enough.

He is an outstanding tutor. His attention to detail is exceptional. I feel that my playing improves with every lesson through his expert advice and tuition. He tailors his lessons to my ability, delivering classes which are challenging without being intimidating. Additionally, his lessons are always fun. He is a phenomenal musician, so watching him play is inspiring, and he shares his wealth of knowledge about musical theory and history.

After more than three years of lessons on the baroque lute I can say that this balance comes through also in his style of teaching, which is gentle and encouraging yet rich and precise.
