I am Sunil Hireholi, Director of Hireholi Lief International Academy.
I have Masters in Technology and Psychological Counselling & Psychotherapy. Also Bachelors in Alternative Medicine.
Lot of women and girls are victim of crime. So I want to unleash the power within women.

It is a crime-filled world. Come let us worship power. Women is the form of power (shakthi). Come unleash the real you.
Self Defense has become one of the vital life skills. Self Defense reliefs the stress of insecurity and fear. People become powerful and stable after learning self-defense. The mind develops laser-sharp focus. Come let us walk tall with confidence. We shall emit the vibrations of power and health.
Let us wipe off the crime happening on women.
By using the knowledge of human anatomy and physiology we can easily protect ourselves. If that is a bodybuilder, then it is much easier to fight as his muscles are much better shaped. We can exploit soft tissues, joints, meridian points, tendons, and ligaments.
We don’t believe in breaking tiles, bending rods, punching bricks. Because they don’t hit us back.
About the teacher
He is practicing karate from 2003. His shensai (karate master) still now remembers him. He always tells him “your inborn karate helps you to fight’’. He has completed Bachelors in alternative medicine. He uses the knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, to teach self defense.
When he was a kid he promised some ladies, He will teach ‘’lady’s fist’ to ladies and one day will come and no uncle will hit an aunty and no boy will hit a girl “.
Our Classes are in Tumakuru & Bengaluru.
Personal Coaching is also given for women.
Special training is given for corporates and self-Défense teachers.
