About Maris
I’m a passionate chess tutor with 7 years of experience, dedicated to helping high school and college students grow in strategy and confidence. I’ve taught over 300 students and love seeing their skills and thinking improve. One of my proudest moments was coaching a student to win a school chess championship. I believe every learner has potential, and I work hard to make chess fun, clear, and inspiring for everyone I teach.
