About Isabella
I have 2 years of experience in university level tutoring. My responsibilities included creating and delivering lesson plans and materials for 50+ tutorials on a hybrid format (in person and online). I designed weighted marking criteria for student assignments and provided feedback on over 500 student papers with constructive improvement suggestions. In 2022, I graduated from Victoria University of Wellington Master of Commerce with Distinction (A+) Sustainable Supply Chain Management. For my Masters, I was required to write a 40,000 word thesis, whereby, I conducted an extensive literature review, as well as both qualitative and quantitative research to test hypotheses utilising analysis software such as Qualtrics, Excel and SPSS. My Thesis Statement was: Supply Chain Social Sustainability and Economic Performance: A New Zealand SME Perspective. Throughout my postgraduate study, I maintained an ‘A’ average throughout the duration of postgraduate study. I completed courses in innovation & change management, ethics & sustainability, technology & society and supply chain management. Prior to that, I completed my Bachelor of Commerce at Te Herenga Waka — Victoria University of Wellington Bachelor of Commerce in International Business & Commercial Law. I received letters of Academic Excellence Trimester 1 & 2 2020 indicating that I was among the top performing students in courses pertaining to strategic management, operations management, organisational innovation and change management and sustainable operations. I have a deep passion for both research and writing, as they allow me to explore complex ideas and communicate them in meaningful ways. My academic background in Sustainable Supply Chain Management has fuelled this interest, giving me the opportunity to dive into topics that are both intellectually stimulating and impactful. I enjoy the process of uncovering new information, analysing data, and connecting the dots to form insightful conclusions. Writing is my preferred medium for sharing these discoveries. I love translating research findings into clear, engaging narratives that make complex topics accessible to others. Whether it’s crafting academic papers, reports, or articles, I’m driven by the challenge of making information both informative and compelling. For me, research and writing are not just professional skills but passions that allow me to contribute to a deeper understanding of the world.
