I spend time with each of my clients getting to know how they learn, what their strengths are, and if there are specific skills that need developing. Then I propose an approach and learning path. In a typical lesson, we'll spend 5-10 minutes reviewing previous material, then I'll model a new skill. The client will typically have multiple at bats with the new skill each lesson. At the end of the lesson, I'll ask for feedback and we'll briefly discuss the target skill for the next lesson.
