About Jenna
I completed a Bachelor of Science in Math and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2019. I also completed a Master of Biomedical Engineering in 2020. For about 1.5 years while I was in college, I worked as a math and coding tutor with elementary and middle-school students. I am passionate about mathematics and how it can be applied in a variety of subjects.

I love to work one-on-one with elementary students to understand what areas of math they find the most challenging. My teaching approach generally involves providing example problems to students, explaining each individual step and why it is done, and challenging students to try similar problems independently and ask questions along the way. I believe that repetition is one of the best ways to learn something new, especially in math!
