I help individuals and school leaders lead with clarity, execute change without chaos, and break through mental and behavioral roadblocks. Drawing on 15+ years in learning & development, leadership strategy, communication, and counseling, I blend classic models (e.g., Diffusion of Innovation, sponsor/coalition building, feedback systems) with AI-enabled microlearning and analytics so improvements are measurable and sustainable.
Who I serve: individual professionals (career acceleration, executive presence), high-school students (post-graduation planning, habits, accountability), and school leaders (culture, adoption, and staff development).
What we do (1:1, 60-min): manager-as-coach skills, psychological safety, meeting hygiene, change playbooks, resilience habits, identity-based goals, and cognitive reframing.
6-week cohort (optional): a guided sprint to lead a real initiative—weekly labs, micro-drills, and dashboards to track behavior change.
