About Melanie
I have completed a Bachelor of Psychology and Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am extremely passionate about this subject and believe it has such an importance in our everyday lives!
I am an energetic and passionate individual, who also has a very gentle, patient, and warm nature. My way of tutoring is full of curiosity, finding creative ways to learn for life.
I am dedicated to working with people to create achievable goals and assist them in the process of improving their learning in this subject.
I pride myself on displaying the qualities of honesty and kindness towards the individuals I work with and approach my work with a holistic view of the self, that integrates culture, diversity and identity on learning.

I have many, many, tips and tricks to help an individual learn content. I am most skilled in using real life examples and experiential ways to learn, as I believe visual and learning from experience is most effective.
Lessons can go from 60-120 minutes depending on what is preferred.
I am suitable to work with students from year 9 to year 12, and have experience in helping with VCE and practice exam questions.
