About Lance
I am a candidate engineer and I have been a tutor for 8 years. I taught students up to approximately 20 in one on one sessions and large numbers for high school and university group classes. For one on one classes my record still stands to 100% as all the students I taught passed with a pass mark or better and most times with exceptionally good marks.

I prefer an interactive way of teaching where the students is engaged in most times. I also try to related the problem to real world day to day works we see so that the student can have a clearer understanding where possible. Understanding that student grasp concepts at different rates and with different method or style of teaching,my first task during the first few lessons I try to understand what suits best for a specific individual.
