I am a mom of 3 boys who are on the autism spectrum. I have learned how to work with individuals with disabilities.
I have been an assistant in an EC classroom, working with all types of children. I am currently a PreK 4 teacher with 8 children who have significant disabilities. I was a tutor in Best Brains in Morrisville, where I worked with a group of 5 children at a time, working on reading and math skills. All the kids I worked with had their own learning style, so I had to adapt to each kid, and figure out what's the best for both worlds. I'm dependable and very passionate about what I do. I have a lot of experience working with children on the spectrum, and other types of learning disabilities.
