About Sadie
I'm passionate about helping students solidify their understanding of material and establishing a strong foundation of skills as well as confidence. I believe in a growth mindset and meet my students where they are at. We work together to fill in gaps and deepen understanding for long term knowledge rather than simply memorizing steps for a test to soon be forgotten. A typical tutoring session will include a quick review of previously mastered concepts that will lead into the next topic so that the new material can be attached to prior knowledge and be retained better. My patience and sense of humor help students feel comfortable and enjoy the learning process. I have worked with students of all backgrounds in honors, standard, inclusion, resource/OCS classes from 6th -12th grade.
