About Atlas
I am a tutor at a middle school, the students bring whatever material they struggle with, but it is mostly math. I handle 4 groups of students, each with at least 6 kids in them. The students tell me that with my help they are able to do well on their formative assessments and tests.

I am a college student pursuing a degree in math education, and I tutor students in the 7th and 8th grade, I can tutor older ages, too.
My methods involve pinpointing exactly where the student is confused, and clarifying that point so that the student can comfortably think about it as a concept, allowing them to problem solve more efficiently.
One of my strengths is that I can present a situation in many different ways so that a student can see something from multiple angles, as sometimes the first way presented does not make things immediately apparent for the student.
