My teaching methodology is learners centered. I employ a number of innovative methods ranging from flipped classroom, Jigsaw, demonstrative method, hands on deck etc. Due to the peculiar nature of the learners, their individual difference, differentiation is often at times introduced to help students that are struggling with the concept being taught.
