So I’ve been giving lessons to students at my job for a year now, and I enjoy doing it. I can teach about 3-4 students at a time on different subjects, and I would definitely say I have helped dozens of students improve their math skills.

So my personal teaching approach is demonstrating the particular math concept through multiple examples, all of which they may see on their future tests or assessments. I then have them work on problems and if they still need assistance, I’ll do a full explanation as to how to get to the answer on paper. This has proven to be very effective with many students.
