About Lillian
As a dedicated educator with a passion for nurturing young minds, I find immense joy in helping students discover their potential and grow into areas they love. My journey in education began during my college years as a tutor, and I've since accumulated five years of experience as a private tutor for K-12 students. This experience has honed my ability to elevate students' academic performance to the next level.
My academic background includes a BA in Math and Geoscience from the University of Houston, complemented by a certificate in commercial real estate analysis from MIT. This diverse educational foundation allows me to bring a unique perspective to my tutoring approach.
I specialize in tutoring Math, Biology, and Chemistry for K-12 students. Additionally, I offer tutoring in English as a Second Language and Chinese. Among these subjects, Math holds a special place in my heart. The satisfaction of solving complex problems and the thrill of sharing smart tips and cheat sheets to tackle questions efficiently make it my favorite subject to teach.
