This is in aid of my application for the job of Mathematics Instructor. Insofar educational practice goes, it is motivated by my firmly held notion that there are far more badly taught people than there are incapable ones. I encourage constantly and I praise when it is warranted. The highest praise goes to a student who has solved a problem differently from the way I showed in class, the next highest to those who find my errors and finally to those who find an error in the book. The last two are approximately of the same size.
