About Angélica
I am a retired college professor. I taught math for 30+ years. Besides the University College level math, I am a math specialist for k-6. I enjoy reading non fiction, taking piano lessons, sewing clothes free hand without a pattern. I stimulate, renew my mind and accelerate learning through reading the Bible as my anchor of reference and connection. I am faith based and a true believer of creation.

I teach by demonstration. I solve a problem through a step-by-step process. Each step is explained. I work out a couple of examples very similar. Then, I give the student an opportunity to solve a problem putting into practice everything that I demonstrated. I emphasize mastery comes from working out problems by practicing. Incorrect answers are replaced by the correct answers and correct thinking by steps by step processing.
