About Estela
I am currently a graduate pursuing my Masters in Statistics. I received my Bachelors of science in December of 2023. As an undergraduate I majored in mathematics and minored in statistics. I have tutored for 2 years for Sam Houston State University and am currently in the middle of my 3rd year of tutoring. I have also presented research at the Texas Section of the MAA in Spring of 2023.

The most important thing to me is that each student leaves each session with a better grasp of the content we go over. I usually explain a problem and then ask the student to walk me through a similar problem to ensure that the student has a correct understanding of the problem. This also helps clear up any confusion.
