About Samantha
I have been a math teacher for over three years now. I began teaching at a middle school and now teach high school. I have tutored students every year I have been teaching in 6th grade math, 8th grade math, and many levels of high school math. I care a lot about my students and their success both inside and outside of the classroom.

My teaching style is tailored to student learning needs and preferences for students in middle and high school (Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, and Geometry). Topics are broken down into smaller, more manageable steps in order to help students understand the content. I also provide a variety of examples including visual aids. It is also important to practice mathematics in order to gain fluency.
