College graduate with pre-med/statistics emphasis degree. Worked in financial industry for many years. Last 10 were spent in the Rocky Mountains teaching avalanche awareness and backcountry snowboarding. Always still found time to tutor math to the local students. Love it with a passion.

As a lifelong instructor, I find the approach that works best for each student. Whether it is hands on(trial and error), verbal instruction, visual instruction, or any combination of those to best reach the student and solidify their learning.
