Math tutor with a B.S. in Mathematics and 20 years of tutoring experience...all math subjects up to precalculus

When my mom first hired Randy, I was needing to climb a mountain of assignments and quizzes in my online class. Randy was unfazed by that much work and took the time to walk me through every problem I needed help with and he was super helpful in every aspect of online geometry. Randy is not only a great tutor but a very fun person in general who really cares about his students and does anything it takes for their well being.

Randy started tutoring me in elementary school and I adored his teaching style so much that I worked with him all the way up until I graduated high school. There are few math teachers as articulate and fun to learn from as this man. I love how approachable he always makes the math concepts, and he himself is FUN to work with. I've worked with plenty of stuffy, no-personality teachers that make you want to fall asleep during the lecture. Not Randy! He's just a super fun and chill guy who happens to be incredibly skilled in all things mathematics. I ended up becoming an actor after high school, but I 100% credit Randy for my love of math in my adult life. I cannot recommend him enough!

He tutored me in Math Analysis, Pre-Calc, and the SAT and he did a fantastic job with all subjects. I am happy to recommend Randy Stover as a math tutor! My daughter began working with him mid fall semester and she sang his praises after their first meeting. Truthfully, I was a little hesitant to utilize an online tutor (versus in person), but Randy has "zoom" figured out perfectly and my daughter has significantly brought up her grade and her confidence. As a parent and former elementary teacher, I appreciate his thoughtful texts after each session which inform me of my daughter's progress and continued needs. He also emails her detailed notes from their session. Randy "gets" teenagers and is very motivating and supportive of their learning. This is money well spent!

Randy has been an amazing tutor for my daughter! She started using Randy as a tutor for Geometry when she wasn't grasping the lessons taught by the teacher and her grade was suffering. Not only did Randy make Geometry easy to understand, but my daughter's grade came up to an A! My daughter enjoyed working with Randy so much and saw such great results that we continued to use him for several years. I highly recommend Randy to anyone who needs help with math!

Randy has been tutoring our three kids for the past six years. Our oldest is in college now and Randy helped him in math during high school as well as preparing him for his SAT. Randy is currently tutoring our high school son and daughter, and we couldn’t be happier.
Randy is an amazing tutor and the kids always understand even the most difficult material that is not taught well enough in school after a lesson with Randy.
