About Ariana

In my lessons, we connect math directly to financial literacy, exploring how numbers shape the way we spend, save, and plan. We’ll look at interest rates, loans, and investments in simple, clear terms. Together, we’ll also learn smart budgeting strategies that you can use right away. I use real-world financial examples so you can see how math works in practice. These lessons are not about memorizing formulas but about understanding how to apply them. Whether it’s calculating loan payments or comparing investment options, every concept is tied to situations you’ll face in the future. My goal is to give you the mathematical tools to feel confident in managing money and making decisions. I guide and support you step by step, ensuring that complex ideas feel approachable. By practicing with real scenarios, you’ll build skills that will serve you in studies, work, and everyday life.

About the lesson

I am a Maths tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics. My passion lies in showing students how numbers can tell powerful stories. Rather than seeing math as abstract, I help learners connect it to real-world meaning. Through mathematical storytelling, concepts become not just understandable, but memorable.

One of my strongest skills is transforming raw data into intuitive charts, graphs, and infographics. These visuals make complex insights clear and engaging. I’ve guided students in building these skills for academic success as well as professional growth. Many of my learners have come from fields such as data journalism, marketing, and research. Each found that math became a vital tool for communicating ideas.

I encourage students to think critically and creatively when working with numbers. Together, we practice turning data into narratives that inform, persuade, and inspire. My lessons are designed to build both confidence and practical application. What excites me most is watching students realize the power of math to simplify the complicated. For me, the true joy of teaching is helping numbers speak with clarity and impact.
