About Anna
I’m currently a third-year co-op student at TMU studying Finance and Accounting, with a 3.9 GPA. I completed AP courses throughout high school and graduated on the Dean’s List, which helped me build a strong foundation in math, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Through both my academic experience and co-op placements, I’ve developed strong analytical skills and a clear, structured way of approaching problems, skills I bring into every tutoring session. I understand what it takes to succeed in high school math courses and how to explain concepts in a way that’s clear and practical for students.

My approach focuses on making math simple and easy to understand. I break down concepts step-by-step, then guide students through practice until they can solve problems confidently on their own.
A typical lesson includes a quick review, learning a new concept, and working through practice questions together.
I adapt to each student’s learning style and create a comfortable space where they can ask questions and build confidence.
Lessons are for Grades 9–12, including Functions, Advanced Functions, and Calculus, whether students need help catching up, improving marks, or preparing for tests.
