About George
I am a Mathematics and Computer Science student at the University of Birmingham with a strong passion for helping others succeed in Maths. Alongside my studies, I have built experience through over 90 one-to-one tutoring sessions across GCSE and A-Level Maths and Further Maths.
I focus on creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace. I aim to simplify challenging topics and strengthen core understanding so students can apply their knowledge confidently in exams. I take pride in seeing students improve their grades and develop a more positive attitude towards Maths.

My tutoring focuses on building real understanding rather than memorisation. I break down complex GCSE and A-Level Maths topics into clear, simple steps, then reinforce learning through exam-style questions and guided practice. Each lesson is structured but flexible, adapting to the student’s weaknesses and goals.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes and are fully online, allowing for consistent support wherever the student is. I have delivered 90+ one-to-one tutoring sessions, helping students improve confidence, problem-solving ability, and exam performance.
I teach GCSE Maths, GCSE Further Maths, and A-Level Maths, supporting students of all abilities from struggling learners to those aiming for top grades.
