Being a versatile teacher, I encourage learning by using different methodology, hands-on activities and adequate forms of technology that facilitates classroom discussion, open-ended questions and cooperative learning. In addition, I utilize weekly quizzes and monthly tests which heps me to track students' progress, locate areas of weakness, and prepare them for final exams.
