I observe student first , then find his/her weakness on which subject or topics .
And I motivate my students that he can do this .
I start from basic things of topic and then make them clear main topic ,if in any case student does not have basic knowledge about that topic ,i give them first basic knowledge .
Then i give questions or sums for practice ,then take test !😊
I try to make student to love the subject ( specially mathematics ,some students have phobia of maths ,i make them strong that they start to love maths and enjoy it)
