About Sam
Studying Mathematics at university has led me to want to share my love for the subject with my students. I try to focus more on understanding mathematics and problem solving, rather than teaching maths as a series of facts.
I have tutored regularly for many years, from students as young as year 3, to mature age students looking to get back to university. I have experience teaching in the classroom on placement.

With many years of experience, I take the time to understand your style of learning and adjust my method of teaching to that approach. Learning is not one-size-fits-all!
I am available 7 days a week for students from year 5 to first year university.
For more advanced students, such as those studying Extension 2 HSC, I recommend 1.5-2 hours of tutoring a week, but most students will prefer just 1 hour of one on one tutoring.
