About Sofiia
Since I am a Mathematics Graduate, it always breaks my heart to see students give up on learning mathematics when they simply decide that they are not capable of doing well at it. Oftentimes, those who seek private tutors to help them have the necessary motivation to improve, and that is more than enough to succeed. I would really like to help them - help you - gain confidence in mathematical knowledge and skills, since I know I am able to do so.

I aim to prove that everyone can be good at mathematics if they so much as want to be. I focus on meeting the student's needs, while closing the gaps in understanding mathematics and promoting critical thinking as opposed to mindless memorization.
The lessons are mainly for secondary school students, but I could adapt to any other level upon request. The length of the lesson depends on the student's needs, although I would recommend about two hours at a time.

Sofiia is a great friend of mine. She is very trustworthy, patient, incredibly smart (if that wasn't obvious) and, most importantly, she knows what she's doing. She always finds away to make things work. If I had a tutor like her, maybe I would've been smart like her :) I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to know math better.
