About Elena
Four years ago, I successfully taught my own son as he moved from a Russian school to a Cambridge International School, and I now tutor other children who have recently transferred from Russian schools to English schools. I make difficult ideas easy to understand by explaining them in the student’s native language and adapting lessons to their level and pace. My goal is to make the transition to the UK maths curriculum smooth and confidence-building for each student.

Lessons are conducted online in Russian, but I gradually introduce English maths terms to build each student's English math vocabulary. I use English exercises so children naturally become comfortable with how maths is taught and worded in British schools.
All lessons are adapted to each student’s level, pace, and individual needs.
