About Lenuel
I taught in public school for 13 years. I taught all math subjects from 6th grade mathematics to AP calculus. My favorite subjects to teach are trigonometry, geometry and statistics. I left the classroom and took a position as mathematics literacy coordinator at a local university. There I developed and maintained programs to helps college students develop study skills, study habits, and mindsets regarding learning mathematics.

Everyone can learn mathematics. Sometimes it takes others longer to grasp concepts. That's okay. It is what makes us unique.
My approach to helping is through problem solving. I work with students to understand the thinking involved with each step of a problem. We work together, and I let you try problems on your own. Problems usually come from the students textbook, computer lab, or notes.
