About Soshi
I've always had a keen desire to teach, even in high school, where I tutored junior students on various subjects. Seeing students grow and gain confidence is something I am very passionate about, and hope to make every lesson enjoyable and cater to the specific needs the student has. I have worked at a center or privately for 3 years and more since high school, and teaching has been such an integral part of my life. I'm from Japan originally, moving here in 2008, and I am in my 3rd year of university. In my own time I enjoy volunteering, as well as exploring the great outdoors of New Zealand!

I teach with a style that aims to personalize every experience that caters to the individual student's needs. Length times are flexible, and can be changed at the student's request. I have 3+ years of experience tutoring at professional centers/private tutoring, where I have taught students from Year 1 - 12, with experience in both NCEA and Cambridge curriculum. The lessons are for students in Year 7 to Year 11.
