Hi. I'm a medical student and just like you I was once in high school with rather not satisfying grades. Identifying the problem helped me a lot. It turns out I lacked motivation and I was inconsistent.Well what helped? Attending open days, volunteering,attending career conferences, and enrolling at a weekend tutoring school.
