I first analyze the students, their needs, their strengths and weakness. I then guide them on understanding the core concepts and go beyond the scope to teach them the essential logic. I then give them tricks to remember concepts easily and solve complex problems. After ensuring all of this, I give them enough practice to make them perfect.
