Hello everyone, my nameis Oluwafemi Damilola, I am from Nigeria, Ihave a bachelor in education from the University of Ibadan.
I am a school teacher, home tutor and an online tutor.I have been in the education industry for over 11 years and I have been opportuned to teach children from different background.
When it comes to my teaching approach, I really like to tailor my teaching approach towards individual student's need. I believe that every student have varying individual needs and I will Iike to know them to know what works for them. My hands-on experience includes 8 years as a math teacher in various schools and as an online and home tutor. Being in this position, I have developed strategies and innovative approaches to students, over the years, I have been able to help student with phobia for mathematics achieve good grades in their examinations. I was also repeatedly elected as the teacher of the year at my current job. I have strong analytical thinking along with excellent communication skills, which enables me to easily and interestingly explain complex material to my students and develop their critical thinking and ability to solve problems.
