About Ellie
I have been working in the charity sector in London for three years since graduating from the University of Leeds with a First in Maths and French. I tutor maths in my spare time, and have taught from primary level to GCSE.

No student is the same, therefore it is very important to be able to teach according to their strengths. For example I find myself to be a visual learner, whereas others are kinaesthetic or auditory learners. I can teach with a variety of techniques and therefore am able to adapt to a student's needs.
If appropriate, at times I will ask the students to go away and work on something independently for me for the next session, like homework, as it is important for the student to go away and try problems on their own and then return to me with any issues that they may have encountered.
I am happy to teach online, via Skype.
