Keeping it simple is my method! It works the BEST!! 2 Step Approach! 1.) Let the student do his homework, not the teacher! 2.) Clear Concepts where he/she is stuck! Enable him/her to solve the problems that he couldn't. Cheer and celebrate for things that they could solve by themselves. It builds up their confidence. And there is no stopping them then!
