About Pavan
Beyond academics, I’m naturally curious and hands-on. I love anything space-related, stay active through basketball and rugby (and ski whenever I get the chance), and I’m happiest outdoors on mountain adventures. Hi, I’m Pavan, a Maths tutor with a Master’s in Aero-Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde. I’ve been tutoring since 2018, focusing on clear explanations, patient guidance, and building students’ confidence through lessons tailored to different learning styles.
I have 5+ years tutoring in Maths & Physics (GCSE, A-Level, National 5, Higher, Advanced Higher) and ESL (TEFL). I start with a skills check, set weekly goals, and teach via worked examples, active recall, and past-paper drills. Each lesson follows a recap, mini-lesson, guided/independent practice, reflection. I adapt for neurodiversity and share clear progress updates.
