About Aongus
I'm a friendly, easy-going individual who can explain maths with clarity. I love seeing that light bulb moment where all of a sudden it just clicks for a student, and from there the sky is the limit! I genuinely like to form friendships with my students, and see how they get on in other subjects or in general at school.

My method of tutoring involves getting the student to really understand why they are doing the method, and what such maths achieves. Whilst I have always been good at explaining topics, getting the student to serve methods themselves always offers a greater level of understanding and hence proficiency in that topic. I received a 9 in GCSE maths and further maths, with predicted A* in A Level Maths and Further Maths. My previous tutoring experience comes with year 8 maths, however I can tutor all levels of maths from primary school up to A Level.
