About Jayda
Hi! I’m a second-year BAcc student at Stellenbosch University, and I know exactly what it feels like to sit in a math class thinking, “wait… how did we even get here?”
That’s actually why I started tutoring. I’ve always enjoyed math, but more than that, I love helping people understand it and not just memorize steps. I’ve seen how much confidence someone gains when something finally clicks, and that’s honestly the best part for me.
I’m interested in teaching because I believe everyone can get better at math with the right explanation and a bit of patience. I like breaking things down in a simple, relatable way, so it feels less overwhelming and more doable.
My goal isn’t just to help you pass—it’s to help you feel confident walking into tests, knowing you actually understand what you’re doing.
