About Sasha
I have had a long history with mathematics. It was by far my favourite subject in school and even thought I don't do as much pure maths now, it still manages to seep into my life.
Maths was my highest scoring SATS result, I got a grade 9 in maths, A* at A level and a B in further maths (mostly due to a lack of mechanics knowledge). As well as this, I don't only do it academically, but I genuinely like the subject as well. I have participated in many Senior and Junior Maths Challenges just out of my own interest.
I also have a younger brother, and I regularly help him out with Maths, him saying that often times I make it much more simpler than his teachers, and his grades going up as a result.
Overall, I'd say I'm mostly trying to tutor in maths mostly because I want to make sure you enjoy it as much as I did rather than something you dread!

I'm very passionate about mathematics and I hope to employ a personalised approach to cater to individual learning styles.
I will try and break down concepts into manageable components, to make sure everything is understood.
With lessons typically around 1 hour, I ensure a balance between thorough coverage and avoiding information overload.
Holding a 9 in GCSE level and an A* at A level Maths, I hope that I can successfully guide you to improving not only your grades, but also building confidence, and enjoying the subject like I do!
My tutoring services are available to students in primary and secondary school, aiming to create a positive and collaborative learning environment tailored to each student's needs.
